Trampoline and Tumbling
Our Trampoline and Tumbling classes teach skills on the floor, trampoline and the double mini trampoline. These classes start with tumbling basics such as cartwheels, handstand and round-offs, working their way through back handsprings, whips and twisting skills.
Tiny TumblersOur Tiny Tumblers classes are for tumblers age 3 and 4. These classes are held in our Tiny Tumblers section where the equipment and mats are smaller to accommodate their little bodies. These classes are designed to teach basic trampoline, tumbling, flexibility and motor skills while having fun. Children will also build self-confidence, learn to interact with others, and follow directions.
Beginning T&TThis class is for Tumblers age 5-11. This class is an introduction to all tumbling equipment and skills. Somersaults, handstands, cartwheels and round-offs will be mastered in this class, preparing the child for the intermediate level.
Beginning T&T (12&UP)This class is for beginning tumblers ages 12 and older. This class is geared towards teens who are trying the sport again or for the first time, and don’t want to be in a class full of little kids. This class has a faster paced learning level for teenagers, but covers the same skills as the regular beginning class.
Intermediate T&TThis class is for athletes who have mastered Beginning T&T. In this class students will learn front handsprings, back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and front and back tucks on the trampoline. Once these skills are mastered the athlete has the choice of moving to the advanced level or participating on the competition team.
Advanced T&TAdvanced T&T is for athletes that have mastered all the skills in the intermediate class but do not wish to compete. In this class athletes will learn series of back handsprings, whips, back tucks, and fulls on the floor. Other advanced flipping and twisting skills will also be learned on trampoline.
Trampoline and Tumbling TeamThe trampoline and tumbling team is by invitation only. Athletes on the team range in age from 6 to 17. Athletes compete in tumbling, trampoline, synchronized trampoline and double mini. Athletes compete locally in Utah with some of the team members choosing to go on to Regional and National competitions as well.

"They Love it!"
I can't say enough great things about this gym. I have 2 girls that are on the team and they love it. It's like having a second family. All the kids cheer for each other. The coaches are awesome, the kids all look up to them. This is the place to be. Thanks High Altitude.
